Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your COMBAT COVER must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn or used during training are not eligible for return.

To request a return, contact us at support@combatcovers.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send a return back without first contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@combatcovers.com so we can make it right.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
